1. Eligibility
Refunds are considered for purchases made directly through the Site Topping website or Paddle checkout.
We may decline refunds if account activity indicates significant usage or policy violations.
- Provide the email used at checkout and the order reference when requesting a refund.
- Only the original purchaser can submit refund requests.
- We may require additional verification if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
2. Membership plans
Membership subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
You can cancel at any time from your account page; future renewals will stop immediately.
- Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no code was published via the extension.
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused days after the 14-day window.
- Cancelled memberships remain active until the end of the current paid period.
3. Credit bundles
Credit bundles are billed once and stay on your account until used or expired.
Credits are consumed when you publish or export changes generated by the extension.
- Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
- Credits that have been partially consumed are not refundable.
- We do not charge fees for credit refunds; approved amounts return in full.
4. How to request a refund
Submit a request by emailing support@sitetopping.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
We review requests during business hours (KST) and respond with eligibility confirmation or additional questions.
- Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on your bank or card provider (typically 5–10 business days).
- We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny repeat or abusive refund requests to protect the service for all customers.
If access was revoked due to policy violations or chargebacks, refunds are not available.
- Regulatory requirements may override portions of this policy in certain jurisdictions.
- Enterprise contracts may include customised refund terms; refer to your agreement.
6. Updates to this policy
We may update this refund policy to reflect changes in pricing or legal obligations.
Material updates will be communicated via email or in-product notices before taking effect.
